Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation fees (patients)

• Fees are paid to your doctor. Each doctor may also publish their own policy on their page.
• If the doctor cancels your appointment, you get a full refund to your original payment method.
• If a technical problem on our side stops the consultation, you get a full refund or a new time, as you prefer.
• To cancel or reschedule, contact your doctor using the details on their page, with your booking date and payment ID.
• Refunds usually reach you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

MediMets plan (doctors)

• The free trial costs nothing, and you’re never charged automatically. Each payment is made by you on the Billing page.
• A paid period isn’t refundable once it starts, except if you were charged twice or charged in error. Then we refund the extra amount in full.
• To ask about a plan payment, write to us with the Razorpay payment ID.
